We are so thrilled to launch programs of Child Well-Being Media center Charitable Organization, I would like to thank government officials, Board members, Celebrities, Religious leaders, friends from the media, and guest of honor for your support and for coming to the event.

Child well-being Media Center Ethiopia is a registered local, not-for-profit charitable organization that works to address issues related to Child sexual abuse, and awareness raising for parents, children, and the community at large.
We believe, through working with the media, it is possible to have a strong and influential voice in seeking justice for the survivors of child sexual abuse and in terms of raising awareness to keep children safe.

A forum has been organized to commemorate international children’s day which was celebrated on the 20th of November and the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence which is an annual international campaign that kicks off on the 25th of November and the launch of Child well-being media center programs with the motto ‘’CHILDREN DESERVE PROTECTION, NOT VIOLENCE”. To this end, Child Well-Being Media center has been working with TV stations to broadcast a program based on true stories named ‘Dibik Ewnet’ that mainly focus on how to prevent and reduce the spreading of child abuse, particularly child sexual abuse and how the victims are getting the required medical, psychosocial, and legal support.
